The Organization, as data controller, is committed to the protection of personal data and acts in full compliance with applicable data protection legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
This website uses visitors’ and interested users’ personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
Communication through the contact form (for inquiries or applications).
Information about the activities, programs, and events of the YouPlus Organization.
Statistical analysis and traffic measurement (Google Analytics 4).
Marketing and advertising analytics (Meta/Facebook Pixel).
All processing of personal data is based on the user’s voluntary consent.

Data submitted through the contact form are stored for a maximum of 12 months from receipt and then securely deleted.
Data originating from statistical and cookie processing are handled in anonymized form, thus not personally identifiable.
All data are stored in a secure, password-protected environment (on the servers of the hosting provider).

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The YouPlus Organization reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
The updated version will always be made publicly available on the website, and the changes shall take effect upon publication.
